• You may only claim the refund within 14 days of the course starting. For example if a course was to start on a Monday 1st, refunds can be requested up and including Sunday 14th. 
• You must email us at [email protected] stating your request for the refund.
• You will need to fill out this quick survey in order for us to be able to process the refund, so that we can learn from your feedback and why you want to discontinue. We may contact you to try help resolve issues that you describe.
• We will process the refund once we have received your funds in our account, which can take up to two months, depending on which payment processing platform was used.
• We will refund the course fees paid minus the credit card fees and/or fees charged by the payment processing platform.
